George Chen

George Chen is an experienced professional with a strong background in consulting and management. At Prophix Software since June 2012, George has held various roles including Manager of Consulting, where leadership of a 25-member team contributed to a record high client NPS score and the implementation of a self-service business model. Prior roles include Consulting Team Lead, Principal Consultant, and Consultant, each involving team management and client engagement. George's prior experience includes positions at Eyelit Inc. as Operations Manager, Silver Stump Inc. as Managing Director, Zeitguys Inc. as Project Manager, and Canadian Black Book as Software/Web Developer, among others. George holds a BAS in Industrial Engineering & Systems Management from the University of Toronto, with studies completed in 2011 and 2012, and earlier from 1995 to 2000.
