James Seah

James Seah PMP currently serves as the Associate Group Director at PropNex Realty Pte Ltd since July 2024 and previously held the position of Senior Marketing Director at ERA Real Estate, achieving 60 transactions primarily in residential properties, with a specialization in landed homes. James also has a solid engineering background, having worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Yu Yee Engineering Pte Ltd and a Project Engineer at Meiden Singapore Pte Ltd.
