Keysha Cruz Salas is a Validation Engineer at Johnson & Johnson Vision since September 2021, responsible for preparing and maintaining documentation for validation and compliance standards and validating processes and equipment. Keysha also serves as a Plant Engineer at Propper International since October 2020 and completed a capstone project during an internship as an Engineering Student at Compañía Cervecera de Puerto Rico in late 2019. Additionally, Keysha gained experience as a Business Excellence Intern at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from January to December 2017. Keysha holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, earned between 2012 and 2020.
