Adam Kurt

Adam Kurt is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in process optimization, quality assurance, and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Plant Engineer at Ventura Foods, Adam previously held roles as a Process Engineer at Red Boot Beverage and Trace Genomics, where notable accomplishments included the invention of “Korra” for enhanced carbon analysis efficiency and the implementation of Lean practices. Adam's experience also encompasses positions at BD as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, where significant reductions in error rates were achieved through quality initiatives, and at Marion Process Solutions, where Adam managed testing protocols for major clients like Starbucks. Adam's engineering foundation was established with a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering Science from Wartburg College.
