Phil Matsuhashi

Phil Matsuhashi serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at PropTech IQ and holds advisory roles in the multifamily sector at Public Grid and Latchel. As a co-founder of Amenify, Phil has significantly contributed to providing managed services for multifamily apartment operators across 30 cities. Previously, Phil held various leadership and consulting roles at Sovrn Holdings, Inc., Boomtown Accelerator, Ibotta, IAC Applications, Martini Media Network, and JiWire, focusing on business development and strategic partnerships. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Chicago.
