Marie-Claire Collins

Marie-Claire Collins has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Marie-Claire currently works as the Head of HR at Propylon, where they oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee development, performance management, employee relations, HR projects, and cultural transformation initiatives. Prior to Propylon, Marie-Claire worked at Novartis as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner from 2016 to 2019. From 2014 to 2016, they held the role of Talent Resourcing Manager at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, where they were responsible for strategic recruitment and talent management across the Financial Markets and Data Center Solutions divisions. Before that, Marie-Claire served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at SThree plc from 2010 to 2014, focusing on recruitment and business development. Marie-Claire started their career as a telesales agent at Trinity Alumni Fund in 2008 and worked as a fundraiser at Direct Dialogue Fundraising in 2007.

Marie-Claire Collins has a BA in English Studies from Trinity College Dublin. In 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Masters in Shakespeare Studies from King's College London. Additionally, in 2019, Marie-Claire attended the National College of Ireland for a CIPD in Employment Law and Employee Relations.
