Silvia Catellani

Silvia Catellani has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Silvia currently works at ProQR Therapeutics as a Lead Talent Acquisition, where they began in July 2023. Prior to their current position, Silvia worked as a Corporate Recruiter at ProQR Therapeutics from March 2022 to December 2023.

Before joining ProQR Therapeutics, Silvia worked at NonStop Consulting, where they held multiple roles. Silvia started as a Resourcer, focusing on candidate selection and quality control, from March 2018 to June 2018. Silvia then became a Recruitment Consultant from July 2018 to February 2019, followed by a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Animal Health & Nutrition sector from February 2019 to October 2020. Silvia eventually became a Team Leader in Pharmaceutical Sales, Market Access & Medical Affairs from October 2020 to February 2022.

Silvia also had previous experience as a Volunteer at Società Cooperativa Sociale Il Piccolo Principe, where they participated in recreational activities for individuals with mental and physical disabilities from February 2008 to March 2018.

Silvia worked as an HR Specialist and HR Intern at MAW Men At Work s.p.a. from November 2016 to October 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Zamboni snc, a luxury clothing store, from May 2012 to October 2016.

Silvia was also a Volunteer at Croce Rossa Italiana from September 2007 to June 2012, where they engaged in social activities focused on disabled individuals, children, and the elderly. Silvia briefly worked as an Educator at UISP in May 2011 and as a Sales Assistant at Librerie Feltrinelli from November 2010 to January 2011.

Silvia Catellani obtained their Laurea triennale in Scienze e tecniche psicologiche from the Università degli Studi di Parma between 2009 and 2016. In 2014-2015, they participated in an Erasmus program at Umeå University, specializing in Psicologia.
