I having 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition in this IT domain . Along with talent hunting I am also taking care of other responsibilities like negotiating compensations , documentations, offer letter generation , onboarding as well as offboarding . The journey is really good and progressive since I started my career in this organization as a Trainee Recruiter and now I am handing some general activities along with recruitment for my team. I have completed very recently SAP certification in HCM module as an end user .
