Bente Bruin

Bente Bruin currently serves as a Projectcoördinator at ProRail since August 2024. Prior to this role, Bente worked as an Onderzoeksstagiaire focused on digital transformation at Stedin, where Bente conducted research on the effects of digitalization on technical personnel, achieving a score of 8.0. Bente also completed a research internship on process optimization at Transavia, creating a handbook for internal documentation based on scientific principles, with a score of 8.3. At the Ministry of Defence, Bente explored Robotic Process Automation suitability within job descriptions, producing a quantitative formula to identify RPA opportunities and received a score of 8.1. Bente’s career began at HEMA as an HR medewerker and stagiaire, assisting with onboarding and HR processes, earning a score of 8.4. Educationally, Bente is pursuing an MSc in Project Management at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and holds a BSc in Business Administration from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a minor in Human Resource Management.
