Oscar van Hees

Oscar van Hees is an experienced data science professional currently serving as Lead Data Scientist and Product Owner at ProRail since September 2017, following roles as Data Scientist and Technisch Trainee. Prior experience includes an internship at Koning & Hartman focused on Industrial Internet of Things and a research internship at the University of Groningen, where Oscar contributed to the design of a sealing system for the Ocean Grazer project. Additional roles include Faculty Manager at AthenaStudies and Talent Recruiter at Business Talent Network. Oscar holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the University of Groningen, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Data Science & Business Analytics and Digital Transformation from Erasmus University.
