Damian Olthoff

Damian Olthoff serves as General Counsel and Secretary at PROS Holdings, Inc., a cloud provider specializing in AI-powered software for optimizing profit through dynamic pricing and sales strategies. With a career spanning over two decades, Damian has held significant legal roles, including General Counsel and Secretary at Animal Health International, where contributions led to the company's transition to and from public status, and Staff Counsel at TrinTel Communications, managing substantial legal affairs and real estate transactions. Damian is also a Charter Member of TechGC, a community for General Counsels, and has served on the boards of Cameleon CPQ and the Economic Development Corporation 4B in Trophy Club. Education includes a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and business programs at Rice Business and SMU Cox School of Business.
