Mike Jahoda

Michael Jahoda currently serves as Chief Customer Officer at PROS since October 2023, after previously holding the position of Senior Vice President – Delivery and Partners at Thought Industries from May 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing global delivery functions and partner management. Prior to that, Michael held various senior leadership roles at PROS, including Senior Vice President – Professional Services and Customer Success from January 2015 to March 2020, managing a $45 million services business. Michael's career began at Accenture, where from July 2001 to December 2014, significant achievements as Senior Director – Professional Services involved driving client value and enhancing junior talent. Michael earned a BBA in Management Information Systems from Ohio University between 1997 and 2001.
