Thor Larsen

Thor Larsen has extensive experience in customer support and technical administration, currently serving as Lead Customer Support Consultant at PROS since November 2007, after progressing from Senior Customer Support Consultant. Prior to PROS, Thor worked at AspenTech from October 1999 to November 2007 as a Senior Support Consultant, focusing on application installation and product infrastructure support. Earlier experience includes a role as a System Administrator at Zeh Graphic Systems from October 1996 to July 1999, where responsibilities included managing Unix servers and providing desktop support for both Unix and Windows workstations. Thor Larsen holds a B.S. in Web Design and Development from Brigham Young University - Idaho, earned between 2018 and 2023.
