David Downer

David Downer has worked for two companies in their career. In 2011, they joined ProSales Connection, LLC as Operations Director & Client Program Manager, where they were responsible for the daily operations of the Inside Sales Representatives, customer relations, and account management. David was later promoted to Director of Sales Operations, where their responsibilities included onboarding of new client programs, list development, systems set-up, creating weekly, monthly, quarterly & end of program reports, optimizing the effectiveness of the firm's CRM, Dialing System & technology investments, and sales incentive compensation administration. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Tomball Stone & Graphics from 2010.

David Downer attended Eisenhower High School from 1984 to 1989.
