Carlos Alberto Pedroso has a diverse education history. In 1989, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André. In 1995, Carlos pursued further specialization in Administration of Materials, Negotiations, and Purchases at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Carlos Alberto then completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Fundação Dom Cabral in 2003-2004, specializing in Business Administration and Negotiations. Carlos further enhanced their business skills by completing a Post MBA in Business, Administration, and Negotiation at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2006. Carlos Alberto also completed a range of short-term programs, such as Supply Chain Management at Fundação Dom Cabral and Supply Chain Management Capacitation at Ibmec in 2007 and 2006, respectively. Carlos continues to prioritize professional development through mentoring programs. In 2021, they completed the Mentoring - Practitioner program at Rocket Mentoring School. Additionally, Carlos plans to engage in the Agile Learning Experience Mentoring program, focusing on Leadership, at FRST - Falconi in 2023.
