Meri L.

Meri L.'s work experience begins in 2016 as a Specialist Trainee in Clinical Physiology and Nuclear Medicine at Tampere University Hospital. Meri later completed a six-month training in oncology. In 2020, they served as a Development Manager at Oy Apotti Ab, focusing on patient safety in EHR implementation and development. Meri then worked as a University Teacher at Tampere University, teaching management and leadership studies to medical specialist trainees. In 2021, they became the Regional Chief Medical Officer at Terveystalo, with responsibilities in quality management and administration. Meri also held a position as Dep. Chief Physician at Helsingin kaupunki - Helsingfors stad - City of Helsinki in the same year. In 2022, Meri worked as an Independent Consultant at proSapient and Dialectica. Meri later joined Chainalytics as a Senior Consultant, specializing in healthcare. In 2023, they became a Guest Lecturer at Jyväskylä University School of Business and Economics and served as an Administrative Chief Physician at Satakunnan hyvinvointialue. Throughout their career, Meri has demonstrated expertise in healthcare administration, leadership, and teaching.

Meri L. started their education in 2001 at the University of Turku, where they pursued a Licentiate degree in Medicine. Meri completed their degree in 2007. Meri then continued their education at the same university, enrolling in a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in Medicine. Meri completed their PhD studies in 2014. From 2016 to 2020, Meri L. attended Tampere University, where they studied Management and Leadership Studies, earning 46 ECTS credits. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of Oxford's Department for Continuing Education, pursuing a degree in Economics.
