Janet Reardon

Janet Reardon is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as Vice President of People at ProSciento, Inc. since October 2024. Previously, Reardon held leadership roles such as Executive Director and Head of HR at Endpoint Clinical, and Human Resources Director at both Moderna and Labcorp Drug Development. Reardon’s career spans multiple companies, including Covance, where responsibilities included divisional HR leadership, and earlier roles at Corrpro Companies, Inc., Overland Storage, Inc., and various law firms. Reardon holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Fordham University School of Law, a Master's degree in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from Skidmore College.
