Kamiah Murphy, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Hand Over Hand in New Jersey, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kamiah was the Vice President of People at NeurAbilities Healthcare from December 2022 to September 2025, leading comprehensive people and culture operations. Kamiah’s extensive experience includes significant positions at Open Systems Healthcare, including Senior Director of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness, where strategic direction for talent management and business transformation initiatives were implemented. Kamiah's earlier roles included leadership in talent and organizational development, recruitment, and HR operations across various organizations, including Maxim Healthcare Services and RoadOne IntermodaLogistics. Educational credentials comprise a Master of Science in Human Capital Management and another in Human Capital Analytics and Technology from New York University, along with a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science from Peirce College.
