Carissa Brtalik

Carissa Brtalik is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer experience, photography, education, and management. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at Prose since July 2019, Carissa also operates Carissa Brtalik Photography and Designs, showcasing expertise in photography and jewelry design through over 60 portfolio shoots across various genres. Previous experience includes roles at BaubleBar Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, managing administrative and educational functions as Managing Director and Assistant Director at Huntington Learning Center, and engaging as a Teaching Assistant at Touro College. Carissa's teaching experience further extends to private tutoring and as an Adjunct Instructor at Berkeley College, developing innovative curricula for mathematics education. Carissa holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Adelphi University.
