Sabrina Gavois

Sabrina Gavois has extensive experience in HR and employee relations. Sabrina currently holds the role of HR Director France at Prose, a Public Benefit Corporation. Prior to this, they worked as an HRBP France at NIELSENIQ from August 2020 to October 2022. From June 2019 to August 2020, they served as an HR Operations Manager at Défense Conseil International, where they managed a team of four and was responsible for employment contract life cycle duties. Sabrina also held the position of Employee Relations Manager at Défense Conseil International from August 2014 to August 2020, where they managed social risk and enabled transformations. Before joining Défense Conseil International, they worked as a Labour Law Specialist at Spie batignolles from June 2008 to July 2014. Additionally, Sabrina has experience as an HR Legal Advisor at Mory Group from November 2007 to June 2008 and as a Consultant at Judicial from August 2005 to November 2007. Sabrina started their career as a Debt Recovery Manager at MCS & ASSOCIES from June 2004 to July 2005.

Sabrina Gavois has a Master's degree in "Legal risks management - Business/labour law" from the Faculté de droit - Université d'Artois Douai, which they completed in 2003.
