Philip Walters

Philip Walters has over 15 years’ experience in strategic and corporate communications, crisis management, and investor relations. He advises the C-suite on complex multi-stakeholder situations at a range of domestic and international clients across multiple sectors. He has worked on some of the most complex, cross border transactions, including SABMiller during its acquisition by AB InBev, as well as numerous domestic and international IPOs and shareholder activism situations. Prior to joining Prosek, Philip spent 14 years at Finsbury Glover Hering, based in London. He is a graduate from Durham University with a BA (Hons) in Anthropology.
