Johan Martinsson

Johan Martinsson is an experienced M&A Manager at Prosero Security Group, where responsibilities include leading critical M&A initiatives and collaborating with country managers as the company expands into the German market. Previously, Johan served as a Senior Associate at PwC Sweden in the Corporate Finance division, providing data-driven insights to enhance the value of mergers and acquisitions for global clients. Johan also held the position of Corporate Development Associate at Mondi Group, assisting in the evaluation of M&A opportunities and strategy development, and worked as a Financial Controller, managing financial performance and compliance for Mondi’s paper mills. Johan holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and completed an exchange program in Industrial Management at Politecnico di Torino, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Vehicle Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
