Tom Shkrab'yuk started their career in 2002 as the Owner/President of Megahertz Computers, where they managed all store operations and oversaw daily operations and staffing. In 2006, they became a City Council Member for the City of Grand Forks, and later served as Acting Mayor. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a System Administrator at School District 51 Boundary, responsible for upgrading and replacing obsolete technologies for over 1500 users. Tom then served as an Information System Administrator at the City of Midway from 2007 to 2018, managing PC/Mac workstations, system backups, and IT security. At Invesco Canada, they worked as a Desktop Services Team Lead from 2009 to 2016, responsible for network/server support and leading Apple product support. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Principal BA, Global Servicebook Systems at Invesco Canada, where they served as a project manager and provided system and client support. Tom joined ProServeIT in 2018 and held various roles, including Team Lead Managed Services/PEI Operations Manager, Manager of ServiceDesk/PEI Operations General Manager, and Managed Services Practice Director & PEI Operations. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of Shkrab'yuk Enterprise since 2023. Additionally, they have experience as a Voice Over Artist at ACX.com, showcasing a passion for entertaining and utilizing special skills to portray different characters.

Tom Shkrab'yuk attended Mount Boucherie Secondary from an unknown start year until 1998. Tom did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as CBT Nuggets, Apple, and ConnectWise. These certifications include Agile Product Lifecycle Management 9 Certified Implementation Specialist, Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist (ACHDS), Apple Certified Portable Technician (ACPT), Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Apple Certified Support Professional 10.10 (ACTC), Apple Certified System Administrator (ACTC), ITGLUE, ITIL Service Operation, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC), and Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician (MCITP).
