Ashlee Chung

Ashlee (Chung) Matsumoto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Benefits Leader and Chief of Staff at ProService Hawaii since November 2021, Ashlee is responsible for managing strategic projects to enhance customer service and execution systems. Ashlee's previous roles include Director of Integrations and Business Programs at PureStar, where participation in Mergers, Acquisitions, and COVID-19 response initiatives supported operations at 30 facilities in North America. Ashlee also held multiple positions at United Laundry Services, Inc., culminating in General Manager for Maui, managing over 350 employees, and Director of Operations for Oahu, overseeing 600 employees. Earlier career roles included General Manager at Salubrion and Marketing Coordinator at Jack Morton Worldwide, contributing to high-profile global brand initiatives. Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College and is an alumnus of Punahou School.
