Jessica Favor

Jessica Favor has significant experience in client-focused roles, currently serving as a Client Success Partner at ProService Hawaii since January 2020. In this position, Jessica supports clients' people strategies to drive business growth, acting as the voice of clients and fostering success through listening, empathy, and consultation. Prior to ProService, Jessica held roles at CentricsIT from July 2014 to October 2019, including Senior Account Executive and Client Relationship Manager, focusing on account generation and management within a global IT services context. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in 2014, and has foundational education from Alvernia University and Red Bank Regional High School.
