Alexander Ilyasov

Alexander Ilyasov has a strong background in finance and technology, with experience in portfolio management and consulting. Alexander started their career as an Analyst at EDS, an HP company, in 1996, before moving on to Compuware as a Sr. Consultant in 1999. In 2005, they joined World Asset Management as a Portfolio Manager, where they managed institutional portfolios with a total of $2.5 billion in assets and provided research and market commentary for clients. Since 2009, Alexander has been working at ProShares as a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager.

Alexander Ilyasov received their Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Moscow University of Informatics. Alexander then pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Michigan in 2001. In 2006, they attended Columbia University, where they earned an MBA with a specialization in Finance. Alexander later enrolled in the Authentic Leader Development Program at Harvard Business School, which they completed in 2019.
