Bradley Modic

Bradley Modic, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Compliance at ProShares since May 2017. Prior to this role, Bradley held the position of Vice President and Senior Compliance Officer at Legg Mason from June 2011 to May 2017, where responsibilities included conducting global compliance and regulatory reviews for advisory affiliates, with a specific assignment based in Singapore from March 2016 to March 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Associate in Investment Compliance and Fund Accountant for Global Equities at T. Rowe Price from September 2007 to June 2011. Bradley Modic earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Towson University.
