David Breck

David Breck has extensive experience in compliance and legal roles in the financial sector. David currently holds the position of Senior Director, Compliance at ProShares since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at M&T Bank as an Administrative Vice President, Compliance from 2018 to 2022. David also has a long tenure at BNY Mellon, where they served as a Managing Director and Managing Counsel from 2009 to 2018. David held the position of Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management from 2002 to 2009. Before that, they worked as an Associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP from 1999 to 2002. David started their career as a Senior Accountant at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 1990 to 1995.

David Breck attended Villanova University from an unknown start year until 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy. David then went on to The George Washington University Law School from an unknown start year until 1998, where they earned a Juris Doctor Degree.
