Ori Carmel

Ori Carmel is a seasoned professional in risk management and audit functions with extensive experience across several prestigious financial institutions. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Risk & Audit at ProShares since October 2013, Ori Carmel oversees enterprise risk management and internal audit operations, including the implementation of an ERM program and the development of a risk-based audit plan. Before this role, Ori Carmel was Vice President & Senior Audit Manager at Legg Mason, where responsibilities included managing audit planning activities and performing risk assessments. Experience also includes positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate focusing on audit planning for investment partnerships, and at Deloitte & Touche in roles involving regulatory consulting and auditing investment companies. Ori Carmel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Yeshiva University.
