Dr. Klaus Holtmann

Dr. Klaus Holtmann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Windowing & Content Strategy at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE since September 2020, Dr. Holtmann previously held leadership roles at Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland, including Executive Vice President of Digital Channels and Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Strategy Consultant at MSC GMBH, where Dr. Holtmann focused on M&A, strategy consulting, and financing for film, TV, and multimedia companies. Additionally, experience includes roles at Splendid Medien AG in strategy and investor relations, various internships, and a foundational training period at Karstadt. Dr. Holtmann holds a Doctorate in Business Strategy and a Diplom-Kaufmann in Economics from the University of Cologne, with additional studies at Penn State University.
