Giuseppe Sferrazza

Giuseppe Sferrazza has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Rechtsreferendar at Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf for two years. Giuseppe then joined Shearman & Sterling LLP in 2008 as a Rechtsanwalt/Associate, where they worked until 2013. During this time, they gained expertise in legal counsel and associate roles. In 2013, they transitioned to E.ON as a Rechtsanwalt/Legal Counsel until 2015. In the same year, they joined Latham & Watkins as a Rechtsanwalt/Associate for a brief period. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Uniper, initially as Head of M&A Law and later as a Rechtsanwalt/Legal Counsel. Presently, they hold the role of Senior Vice President Corporate Law M&A, C&V, PMG at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE since April 2022.

Giuseppe Sferrazza attended Bielefeld University from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Rechtswissenschaften (Law) with their 1. Juristisches Staatsexamen. Giuseppe also briefly studied Rechtswissenschaften at the University of Nottingham from 2002 to 2003.
