Pit Wiegerling

Pit Wiegerling began their work experience in 2006 at Wiegerling GmbH & Co KG in the Administration - Costing Department role. Pit then went on to work at Siemens as an Intern in Compensation & Benefits and as a Working Student for Global Share Programs. In 2015, Pit worked as a Compensation Analyst at Osram Sylvania. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at OSRAM Licht AG in various roles including Professional in Compensation, Incentives, Grading & Benchmark, Head of HR Executive Services, and Head of HR Executive & Corporate Functions. Since 2019, Pit has been working at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE where they held the roles of Head of Group Compensation & Benefits, Senior Vice President Group Compensation & Benefits, SVP Compensation, Benefits & HR Governance, and currently SVP Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling & Standards.

Pit Wiegerling attended the University of Augsburg from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.
