Elise Bloom

Elise Bloom serves as the Co-Head of the Class/Collective Actions Group and a Labor & Employment Law Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP since 2006, showcasing extensive pre-trial and jury trial experience in general employment litigation, particularly in wage-hour and anti-discrimination cases, as well as issues related to state law contract and tort claims, FMLA, and ERISA. Prior to this, Elise was a partner at Jackson Lewis P.C. from 1984 to 2006, where leadership of the Employment Class Action Practice was a key responsibility. Elise began the legal career as an associate at Mitchell, Loggins, Campbell and Elsberry from 1982 to 1984. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Chicago, obtained between 1975 and 1979.
