Kevin Polakoff

Kevin Polakoff has extensive work experience in IT and customer service management. Kevin'smost recent position was as the Director of Technology Support at Proskauer Rose LLP, where they oversaw the firm's technology support operations on a global scale. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Client Services at TD Securities, where they managed incident and problem management for the organization. Kevin also held the role of Vice-President Service Delivery at Barclays Capital, where they were responsible for service delivery and vendor management for desktop-related hardware activities. Earlier in their career, they worked at Lehman Brothers as the Vice President - Global Service Desk, overseeing a global help desk and IT change management team. Kevin'sfirst role was as the Director of Customer Service at Register.com, where they directed a large team tasked with troubleshooting technical issues for customers.

Kevin Polakoff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Skidmore College from 1989 to 1993. Kevin also holds several certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), including Intermediate Examination Capability: Operational Support and Analysis, Intermediate Examination Capability: Planning, Protection and optimization, Intermediate Examination Capability: Release, Control and Validation, Intermediate Examination Lifecycle: Continual Service Improvement, and Foundation V3.
