Lynn MacKay

Lynn MacKay currently serves as the Associate Director of Innovation and Practice Solutions (Europe) at Proskauer Rose LLP since November 2023, and as Chair of Governors at St Matthew's High Brooms CE Primary School since January 2025, after previously holding the positions of Vice Chair of Governors and School Governor. Lynn has extensive experience in legal operations and transformation, having worked at Herbert Smith Freehills from September 2015 to October 2023, where responsibilities included establishing a Centre of Excellence for Legal Process Improvement and Legal Project Management in the EMEA region. Prior roles include Process Improvement Lawyer at Berwin Leighton Paisner and Associate in Real Estate at King & Wood Mallesons. Lynn holds multiple degrees, including a Postgraduate Award in Organisational Transformation and Design from Cranfield School of Management, and an MSc in Management & Leadership from the same institution, as well as qualifications in Law from Nottingham Law School and a degree in Modern Languages from the University of St Andrews.
