Michelle Iodice

Michelle Iodice is a partner in The Private Credit Group at Proskauer Rose LLP, where involvement spans from September 2014 to the present, including prior experience as an associate and summer associate specializing in corporate law and private credit. Previous roles include corporate legal intern at EMC and supervisor in private equity fund accounting at Brown Brothers Harriman, as well as supervisory and senior fund accountant positions at State Street. An Individual Management Award was received in 2008 from the AIS Division. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston University School of Law, a semester of study in Masters of International and European Business Law at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Boston University.
