Wai Choy

Wai Choy is a Partner and Member of the Firm at Proskauer Rose LLP, specializing in corporate law within the Technology, Media & Telecom Group, Private Equity and M&A Group, Blockchain & Digital Assets Group, and AI Practice since November 2012. Choy also serves as Co-Head of the Technology Strategy Committee and has held various roles, including Fellow at the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and Lecturer on Blockchain and Ecommerce Law at Fordham University School of Law. Previous experience includes positions in business and legal affairs at Marvel Entertainment and Marvel Studios, and a summer associate role at Proskauer Rose LLP, along with acting in films for Paramount Pictures. Choy holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a Certificate in Business Economics and Public Policy from The Wharton School, and a B.F.A. in Film & Television and Acting from NYU Tisch School of the Arts.
