Winnie Lee Fraser

Winnie Lee Fraser has extensive work experience in the legal field. Winnie started their career as a Judicial Intern for Justice Doris Ling-Cohan at the Supreme Court of the State of New York - New York County in 2003. Winnie then served as a Judicial Extern for Magistrate Judge Michael H. Dolinger at the United States District Court - Southern District of New York. In 2003, they also worked as a Law Student Extern at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP.

Fraser joined Proskauer Rose LLP in 2004 as a Summer Associate before transitioning to a full-time role in 2005. At Proskauer Rose LLP, they held various positions including Corporate Associate specializing in Private Equity and M&A. In this role, they represented clients in M&A, joint venture, restructuring, and recapitalization transactions, and provided advice on general business law matters. Winnie represented notable clients such as Malkin Holdings, Bowlmor AMF, Yonkers Racing Corporation, Passlogix, InterContinental Hotels, Kaplan, and Discovery Communications.

Additionally, in 2004-2005, they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Baruch College.
