Swati Grover

Swati Grover has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in human resources and recruitment. Swati is currently working as the HR Lead at Proso.ai since February 2023. Prior to this, Swati served as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Pathways School Noida from June 2022 to February 2023, and as a Human Resources Executive from August 2019 to May 2022. Swati also worked as a Senior Associate Recruitment at ACS Global Tech Solutions (ACS India) from August 2018 to August 2019. Swati's earlier experience includes working as a Sr. Consultant at Skillmile from November 2015 to June 2018, and as a Sr. Insurance Associate at MetLife GOSC Pvt.Ltd from July 2012 to October 2015.

Swati Grover completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (H.R) in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their B.com degree in Commerce from Delhi University in 2010.
