Izabela Plaskota

Izabela Plaskota is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and analysis, currently serving as PMO Lead and Senior PMO Analyst for Harbour Energy IS Projects at prosource.it since December 2022. Previously, Izabela worked at Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Limited for seven years in various roles including ERP PMO, Audit and Assurance Analyst, and Transformation PMO. Additional experience includes positions at Talisman Energy, Petrofac, and Dril-Quip, where responsibilities ranged from cost analysis and project scheduling to invoicing and financial reporting. Izabela holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from The Robert Gordon University and a Master's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Warsaw, complemented by advanced training in project management through ORACLE UNIVERSITY.
