Natasha Meah has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Natasha is currently working as the Head of People Operations and Talent Acquisition at Prospa since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of People and Culture at Archistar.ai from 2020 to 2022, where they played a key role in the growth and development of the company. Natasha also served as the International People (HR) Director at Instructure from 2016 to 2019, leading the HR function for non-US regions. Before that, they had a travel role from 2015 to 2016. Natasha'searlier experience includes serving as the VP People and Culture, Global at SiteMinder from 2012 to 2015, where they successfully established and led the HR and Recruitment function to support the company's rapid expansion.
Natasha Meah's education history begins in 2002, when they attended the University of Sussex and pursued a degree in Law with North American Studies. Natasha completed this program in 2006. In 2004, during their time at Sussex, Natasha also studied abroad at The University of British Columbia as part of their Law with North American Studies program.
