Andy Cooper is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy, venture capital, and technology sectors. As Co-Founder, Co-CEO, and Director of Unison Energy since 2010, Andy has led efforts to provide innovative energy solutions that promote a transition to zero carbon. Andy also serves as a Board Director at Prospect Capital Management and previously held board positions at Aquatic Energy, LLC and Unison Site Management, where significant contributions established Unison as a leader in cellular site management. Andy’s background includes key roles at The Carlyle Group, Visual Networks Inc., and Avesta Technologies, where foundational work in business development and investment management was demonstrated. Andy's career began at Morgan Stanley, focusing on late-stage venture investments. Andy earned a BA in Economics and Geology from Duke University.
