Effie Tzirtziropoulos

Effie Tzirtziropoulos is the Vice President of Finance for Prospect Capital and has worked in venture capital and private equity since 2011. She has extensive experience in finance, accounting, tax services, fund accounting and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Prospect, Effie served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer with Palm Beach Capital from 2011-2020, where she was responsible for the firm’s accounting, internal controls, investor relations, administration, financial reporting, SEC reporting and tax matters. Effie began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where she was involved with the preparation of various federal and state corporate tax returns, individual tax returns, as well as audits and reviews of several large and medium sized companies both in the public and private sector.

Effie received her BA from the University of Central Florida.
