Peter Cowgill

Peter Cowgill is a Senior Associate and has worked in the private equity industry since 2012. He is responsible for managing the firm's retail bond program and public filings, monitoring control investments, supervising insurance matters, and originating middle-market investment opportunities. Prior to joining Prospect, Peter was a paralegal at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Peter received his BS from New York University's Stern School of Business.
