Joel Hartman ✪

Joel Hartman has held a variety of roles in the sports industry since 2015. Joel began their career as Co-Founder of Prospect Dugout, a baseball scouting database, before taking on the role of General Manager at Winter Garden Squeeze in 2018. In 2019, they became a Stadium Operations and Promotions Assistant and Camera Operator for the Pittsburgh Pirates' Single-A MiLB team, the Bradenton Maruaders. In 2020, they took on the role of Greenskeeper at Bradenton Country Club Inc. In 2021, they held the roles of Delivery Driver at Uber, Customer Service Specialist at Instacart, and Delivery Driver at DoorDash, in addition to Account Executive at Nihilo Group. Finally, in 2022, Hartman became a Baseball Ambassador at Playfinity and Field Manager at the Palm Springs Collegiate League.

Joel Hartman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Southeastern University from 2002 to 2005, also studying Sports Management. Additionally, Joel is a Former Professional Baseball Player.
