Erik Maurer

Erik Maurer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and commercial lending. Currently, Erik serves as a Partner at Prospect Partners since August 1998, where the focus is on partnering with entrepreneurs and family-owned companies to facilitate long-term growth, specifically in businesses generating $2 million to $8 million in EBITDA and revenues below $75 million. Prior to this role, Erik worked as a Commercial Lending Officer at Northern Trust from July 1993 to July 1996, concentrating on the middle market sector in the Chicagoland area. Erik holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, obtained between 1996 and 1998, and a BA in History from Stanford University, earned from 1989 to 1993.
