Matthew Livian is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Prospect Ridge since May 2021, Livian previously held the position of Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at The Sydell Group from April 2011 to May 2021. Prior roles include Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Ian Schrager Company from July 2006 to April 2011, and experience in the Investment Banking Division at Bear Stearns from June 2004 to June 2006.
