Naima Sudjian-Carlisle

Program Associate & ClimateCorps SEI Fellow at Prospect Silicon Valley

Naima Sudjian-Carlisle is a recent ClimateCorps SEI Fellow and Program Associate at Prospect Silicon Valley. She is passionate about driving sustainable development on a local and global scale. At the start of her academic career, she was an active member of the Cabrillo College Sustainability Council. She coordinated events to engage students in zero waste, alternative transportation options, and a composting program.

In 2018, she earned a B.A. in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara, and in 2020, she lived in Madrid, Spain and earned an M.Sc. in International Development from IE University in partnership with the United Nations System Staff College. Post-graduation, she worked as a Humanities Proxy Teacher at Prospect Sierra School, and joined Ashoka as an ethical consumption intern to provide research on innovators and leaders in the field. In 2021, she launched Patchamima, a business that combines her love of sewing with addressing the impacts of textile waste in the fashion industry.
