Teena Murray is an experienced organizational effectiveness consultant currently working with The PICTOR Group while also serving as an adjunct lecturer at Boise State University and managing partner at PROSPER, a start-up focused on holistic performance solutions. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Integrated Performance for the Pittsburgh Penguins, where a significant change initiative was implemented to enhance player development and performance, and Vice President of Health & Performance for the Sacramento Kings, driving a high-performance approach across various teams. Teena co-created a leading health and performance program at the University of Louisville and has held positions with the Turkish Basketball Federation, USA Hockey, and the Anaheim Ducks. Teena holds multiple degrees, including an Executive Leadership degree from Northwestern University and is pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Development and Change at Bowling Green State University.
