James Harkins

James Harkins has a diverse work experience in the analytics and financial industry. James started their career as a Teller at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2009 and then worked as a Vendor Portfolio Manager and Business Process Manager handling analytics and reporting for consumer recovery accounts. James then joined Raymond James Financial for a compliance and risk management externship. In 2011, they worked as an Economic Consultant at SAIC. Harkins returned to JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2012 as a Sr. Analytics Manager and later became the VP of Workforce Analytics. Their most recent position is as the Director of Analytics at Prosper Marketplace, where they currently work.

James Harkins completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Economics at the UCF College of Business from 2007 to 2011.
